A\u00e7\u0131lan kuyularda kullan\u0131lan sular ise b\u00f6lgede toprak kaymalar\u0131na ve alan\u0131n do\u011fal yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bozulmas\u0131na neden oldu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trabzon\u2019un Arakl\u0131 il\u00e7esindeki Karadere Vadisi\u2019nde bulunan Erikli ve Bah\u00e7ecik yaylalar\u0131nda, 4&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc grup maden (alt\u0131n, g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f, bak\u0131r, \u00e7inko vb.) arama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan sondaj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 heyelan ve su bask\u0131nlar\u0131na neden oldu. Sayer Enerji \u00dcretim Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim \u015eirketi taraf\u0131ndan \u00c7evresel Etki De\u011ferlendirme (\u00c7ED) s\u00fcreci tamamlanmadan ba\u015flat\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar b\u00f6lgede felakete yol a\u00e7t\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Belediye ve Valilik Cevap Bile Vermedi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">21 Ekim 2024 tarihinde jandarma deste\u011fiyle ba\u015flayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n durdurulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in b\u00f6lge halk\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan 28 Ekim\u2019de \u0130dare Mahkemesi\u2019ne ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131ld\u0131.
